The adopted application solution is fully compliant with the provisions on whistleblowing.

This will take you to the form and you can start filling out your report.

2. Give your report a short title

This will help the report managers understand the issue and process it.

Once the report is sent, you will be assigned a report number. Save it to follow the status of your report.
